  2. Booking and Reservations

    2.1 All bookings and reservations made through our website are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any bookings at our discretion.

    2.2 By making a booking, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian.

  3. Payments

    3.1 Payment for accommodations and services must be made in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise specified.

    3.2 We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods as indicated on our website or communicated otherwise. All payments are processed securely.

    3.3 Any additional charges incurred during your stay, such as meals, activities, or incidental expenses, are the responsibility of the guest and must be settled directly with the accommodation provider.

  4. Refunds and Cancellations

    4.1 We understand that plans may change. If you need to cancel your booking, you are eligible for a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.

    4.2 Cancellations made less than 30 days before the arrival date may be subject to cancellation fees or may not be eligible for a refund, depending on the specific accommodation provider’s policy. Details of any applicable fees or restrictions will be communicated during the booking process.

    4.3 Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original booking. Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to be credited.

  5. Liability and Responsibility

    5.1 Adventuresome acts as an intermediary between you and the accommodation providers. We are not responsible for any loss, injury, damage, or inconvenience arising from the use of the accommodations or services provided by the accommodation providers.

    5.2 We recommend that you obtain adequate travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances or events that may arise during your trip.

  6. Intellectual Property

    6.1 All content, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, displayed on our website are the property of Adventuresome or its respective owners. Unauthorized use or reproduction of any content is strictly prohibited.

  7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

    7.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.

  8. Modifications and Updates

    8.1 Adventuresome reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
